With over 50 years of payment processing leadership experience, Symplicity’s founders have the depth and focus to deliver consolidated solutions that generate revenues and solve everyday problems. With payment methods ever evolving and fees getting increasingly convoluted, there is a need to bring clarity and integrity to what serves as the heart of many businesses' cashflow.

Austin Ventures’ growth equity practice invests in privately held companies with proven business models, demonstrated revenue and earnings growth, and exceptional management teams.  They invest in a variety of growth industries, with a particular focus on business, financial, information, and healthcare services.  Their investments range in size from $10 million to $50 million.  They are usually the lead investor and often the sole investor, and are equally comfortable as minority or controlling shareholders.  They are flexible in their approach to structuring transactions to meet the needs of company founders and executives while balancing long-term growth, financial stability, and shareholder value.
